Online Membership Data Reporting (OMDR)

Communication
A system for delivering information to parents, both via email and on the web. Parents can also use the system to communicate with each other.

Organization
Directory capabilities that inlcude automated creation of print directories and online directories that are private, secure, and searchable.

Flexibility
A method to designate which parts of the system are accesssible to PTA leaders and volunteers. This protects information while ensuring that tasks can be shared. A complete volunteer management system is being developed. This will aid in voluneer recruitment and management.

Personal tools for busy parents include:

• a central place for information from all of the groups to which they belong (both school and non-school related),
• a place  for membership directories and rosters for those groups,
• reminders of events, deadlines, etc., for all groups,
• e-mail reminders of important personal events–birthdays, anniversaries, etc., and
• a tool to track cards and gifts they give and receive.

There is no charge to anyone for all of this capability.

Thank you for your overwhelming support as PTA has begun using Just Between Friends to perform member management, communications and more.  Reception has been so strong that we have reached system capacity for our initial phase of implementation for PTA.

If you are a local unit leader wishing to use PTA membership tools and reporting for the first time, please use OMDR until the next phase of Just Between Friends registration is open.  To login to OMDR for the first time, users should go to this page.   We hope to open registration again soon, so your PTA will be able to use Just Between Friends for PTA tasks.
