The Anti-Defamation League’sA World of Difference Institute

ADL’s A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute is a leading provider of anti-bias education and diversity training programs and resources. The Institute seeks to help participants: recognize bias and the harm it inflicts on individuals and society; explore the value of diversity; improve intergroup relations; and combat racism, anti-Semitism and all forms of prejudice and bigotry.

National Crime Prevention Council

The National Crime Prevention Council’s mission is to be the nation's leader in helping people keep themselves, their families, and their communities safe from crime. To achieve this, NCPC produces tools that communities can use to learn crime prevention strategies, engage community members, and coordinate with local agencies.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s Take 25 

To commemorate National Missing Children’s Day on May 25th, that National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s Take 25 campaign encourages parents to talk to their kids about ways to stay safer.

Netsmartz Workshop

The NetSmartz Workshop is an interactive, educational safety resource from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® (NCMEC) and Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA).  They provide on- and offline learning activities for parents to facilitate discussions with their children and teens about Internet safety.

Entertainment Software Rating Board (video games)

The ESRB is a non-profit, self-regulatory body that assigns computer and video game content ratings, enforces industry-adopted advertising guidelines and helps ensure responsible online privacy practices for the interactive entertainment software industry.  Their website provides information to help parents make informed decisions about the computer and video games they choose for their families.

Common Sense Media

Common Sense Media is dedicated to improving the media and entertainment lives of kids and families.  As a non-partisan, non-profit organization, they provide trustworthy ratings information and tools, as well as an independent forum, so that families can have a choice and a voice about the media they consume.

Cable in the Classroom

Cable in the Classroom (CIC) is the U.S. cable industry’s education foundation.  Working in partnership with and on behalf of the cable industry, CIC advocates for the visionary, sensible and effective use of media in homes, schools, and communities.

The Internet Keep Safe Coalition

The Internet Keep Safe Coalition is a broad partnership of governors and/or first spouses, attorneys general, public health and educational professionals, law enforcement, and industry leaders working together for the health and safety of youth online. iKeepSafe educational resources teach children of all ages in a fun, age-appropriate way, the basic rules of Internet safety, ethics, and the healthy use of connected technologies.
