Attendees can choose to participate in a variety of special events and activities at national convention. These events provide additional ways to meet with fellow PTA members and gain valuable experience for your PTA. Please note: where prices are indicated, tickets may be purchased in advance during the registration process.

All registered delegates are welcome to attend this complimentary reception Friday evening. Each state will greet attendees and welcome delegates to meet fellow PTA members and state leaders, get acquainted, and begin sharing ideas and plans for the weekend’s activities. Complimentary appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. No tickets required.
The PTA Family Expo is a one-day event providing education and resources to all families by allowing them the opportunity to engage in family friendly entertainment and learning with hands-on activities and demonstrations. Held outdoors in Ft. Lauderdale at the Lockhart Stadium, the Family Expo is expected to attract 10,000 local family members. Community and national resources on health and wellness, multicultural learning, the arts, student success, parent engagement and safety will be available to all attendees.
Join host Florida PTA for a special night of dining, dancing, and entertainment. Get ready for an unforgettable night of camaraderie and fun! Tickets are $35 each for the dinner buffet and entertainment, and can be purchased on the registration form. You can also purchase tickets on-site at convention in the registration area until 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 26.
Show your support and help ensure PTA’s future by attending this annual breakfast with past national presidents, endowment trustees, and fellow convention attendees. Since 1915, the Endowment Fund has provided a solid base of investment for the future of PTA. Each year, the net interest of the fund is transferred to PTA to carry on its important work. Come and show your support. All proceeds go towards growing the fund. Breakfast tickets cost $35 each and can be purchased on the registration form. This year’s Arts in Education Luncheon will feature outstanding entertainment for kids and PTA attendees, and demonstrate the importance of arts access for all children. You’ll hear wonderful music, see works of art and performances, and gain important insight on how your PTA can help advocate for arts programs in your community.
